Senate Syndication was created with the forethought of initiating and preserving wealth with the passive investor in mind. Our goal is to create truly passive and meaningful wealth through long term real estate acquisitions.
By keeping the structure clean, simple and straight forward, our mission is clear. We buy multifamily complexes that are undervalued due to below market rents and/or inefficiencies in operational costs. With targeted renovations and management, we create an investment vehicle that can thrive.
With long-term goals, targeted markets in major MSA areas and alignment of interest we all prosper as a team. This combination and focus allows us to capitalize on economies of scale that would not be available to our investors as individuals.
